FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What does shipping cost?

  • Free delivery within New Zealand for all orders over $100.
  • Orders under $100 will incur a standard shipping of $10. Please note that rural areas may incur additional fees.


Where can I find my tracking number?

  • All contact lenses are shipped directly from our suppliers. We will update your status once your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided once we receive it. Please allow us a few days to verify this after the order has been shipped.  Most of our orders will be delivered using DHL unless otherwise specified.


What is your refund policy?

  • Unfortunately we have a 'NO refund' policy. If you are uncertain about your order, feel free to email us and we'll be happy to help you with your order.


  • In the event that a product or certain parameters for contact lenses has been discontinued by the suppliers, we will contact you immediately and endeavour to find a substitute for you. In certain cases, this might mean you will receive a different brand of contact lenses in your prescription.


  • In the event that an item is on back-order, we will contact you as soon as possible and give you an estimated time. Unfortunately this is completely out of our hands and we will accept no returns or change of minds.


  • Certain lenses are custom ordered and may take up to 6 weeks. Please be aware of this and order lenses well in advance.


How can I rectify an order that has been finalised?

  • We are unable to change the quantity or exchange an item once order is finalised. Please be sure to recheck and verify all your order details and information prior to submitting an order.
  • If you are unsure please contact us via email immediately to see if we can help.


What happens if I placed the wrong order?

  • As contact lenses are medical devices, we can't exchange products that have been opened. If they are unopened, this will be at the discretion of the supplier. This will incur a $25 administration fee to cover postage and handling. If additional fees are required, we will contact you.


Can I cancel my order?

  • Unfortunately once you have placed an order, we do not accept cancellations.


Why have I received the wrong item?

  • In the event where a wrong item is sent, please contact us for an exchange and send the item back to us within 30 days. As soon as we receive the item from you we will organise for your correct order to be sent out immediately. Products to be exchanged must be in their original unopened packaging. Please make sure lenses are packed carefully to avoid damage during transit.


Where is the rest of my order?

  • All of our contact lenses orders are shipped directly from the suppliers. Some orders may be split into separate deliveries depending on availability and this is out of our hands. We will endeavour to send you an email update in case this incident arises.


Where is my package?

  • Campuspecs' responsibility for deliveries ends when the courier report clearly states that the parcel has been delivered at the provided address. We will provide a tracking number and date of dispatch but further enquiries should be directed to the courier company directly.
